Thomas is an accomplished Senior Executive and Board Member with more than 19 years of success across the banking, finance, and insurance industries. Leveraging extensive experience in digital transformations, he helps companies focus on their customer needs to deliver viable software to achieve business goals and objectives. His broad areas of expertise include building digital applications and platforms, web development and design, customer experience, organizational transformation, and leveraging data analysis and analytics to drive better decision making. Thomas also serves on the Rutgers Big Data Council in Silicon Valley to support the educational needs of companies and individuals to understand how to more effectively manage their information.
As a volunteer, Thomas is deeply involved in helping the United States Soccer Federation to achieve their goals in player, coach & referee development, membership growth, unification, and governance. Thomas currently serves on the US Youth Soccer Board of Directors as the West Regional Representative. Prior to this role he was the President of the New Hampshire Soccer Association, the National State Association of US Soccer. During his tenure as President he increased membership by 21%, worked to unite the soccer landscape in NH, increased partnerships and fundraising, improved governance, and brought transparency to finances. He is also a strong advocate for unification at the youth level to encourage the appropriate development of young players.

Atop his responsibilities as an IT executive, Stacey is most recently known for his role in jump starting Hartford's InsurTech community by launching the InsurTechHartford organization. The organization brings value to the community through active engagement.
Tracey Steger is Assistant Vice President Data Science at The Hartford. She currently leads the Incubation Lab, which is focused on testing new and emerging technology and data as applied to insurance use cases and driving the successes forward in the enterprise.
With over 15 years of experience in actuarial and data science functions supporting personal, commercial and claims, she has a proven ability to lead through change, drive understanding and adoption of analytics while organizing teams to deliver.
Tracey earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts in German Language at the University of Rhode Island. She earned her FCAS in 2011. Tracey has also worked at MetLife Auto & Home and Travelers.
Kate Fowler is an experienced customer service advocate and insurance professional.Driven by her desire to promote frictionless customer engagement, she takes pride in in her collaboration with carriers. As an Industry Principal for Insurance at Pegasystems, her goals include helping carriers define strategy,especially around the goal of digital transformation, and defining product direction. Kate has worked in the Insurance industry for 21 years, gaining experience in actuarial product development, program management, product strategy, and business rule configuration. She has earned MBA and MS degrees,as well as her FLMI and AAPA certifications.
Lindley Gooden is a journalist and filmmaker who has worked at the very top levels of British broadcasting and news since the early 1990s.
He has worked in national radio and television as:
- A Senior BBC Journalist
- A presenter on channels as diverse as BBC One, Radio 1, BBC Three and Five and a range of other national and regional radio stations.
- The Consumer Affairs Correspondent on Sky News and Five
Prior to his years in the national media, he was known as the most successful Head of News in local commercial radio – launching new services and dramatically raising audience share and reach, using tools that have since been adopted by radio groups across the UK.
Lindley now works with companies, charities, government and other organisations creating and delivering their own media needs.
