Stéphane heads change for HSBC’s payment infrastructure covering global payment platforms, messaging and investigations. He is playing an instrumental role in defining and mobilising the ISO change programme for the bank. He comes with over 15 years of payments and cash management experience with incumbent banks where he has lead major payment transformation programmes.
Neil is a payment practitioner with over 20 years of experience within the payment industry. Having joined SWIFT Standards three years ago Neil has significantly contributed toward the SWIFT gpi initiative and is passionate about the opportunities ISO 20022 provides for the industry.
In his current position within the Standards Market Practice Team Neil’s primary responsibility is a payment ambassador, bridging between the SWIFT Standards ecosystem and the industry.
Neil is the Secretariat for the Payment Market Practice Group (PMPG) and vice-convener of the ISO 20022 Payment Standards Evaluation Group (PaySEG)
Guy Moons is the head of the team of international solution consultants on the enterprise payment processing solutions. He comes with over 30 years’ experience in the payment and transaction banking industry. He started his career at the Generale Bank, where he was involved in the development of dealing room solutions. In the 1990s, working for FICS, he designed electronic and internet banking solutions for leading banks around the globe. He joined Clear2Pay at its very start in 2001 where he focusses on defining payment solutions that will enable banks to streamline their payments processing. He has been instrumental in bringing the ISO-20022 based Open Payments Framework technology to a level where it is being used by some of the world’s leading banks. Since 2014 Clear2Pay became part of FIS. He is a frequent speaker on conferences and a recognized industry expert.
Lindley Gooden is a journalist and filmmaker who has worked at the very top levels of British broadcasting and news since the early 1990s.
He has worked in national radio and television as:

- A presenter on channels as diverse as BBC One, Radio 1, BBC Three and Five and a range of other national and regional radio stations.
